Cool Winter demands cool undertones, high contrast, and colors delivered at full saturation, and Eva Green is practically the textbook plate. The deep red beaded gown she wore at Cannes is the clearest evidence: a true blue-based cherry red that snaps her porcelain skin bright and her lips into focus instead of fighting them. The emerald lace she wore to the Sin City: A Dame to Kill For premiere did the same job from the green side of the palette, a cold, jewel-dense emerald that made her eyes go electric. Her ombre blue crystal gown proved she can carry icy-through-true blue in a single dress without the color ever wearing her, and the deep purple draping from her Casino Royale era sits exactly on Royal Plum.
