Color analysis glossary
How do you find your color season?
You find your color season by determining three things about your coloring — your undertone (warm/cool), your value (light/deep), and your chroma (soft/clear) — then matching that combination to one of the 12 seasons.

Start with undertone: gold vs silver, cream vs white, the vein test. Then value: are your hair, skin, and eyes overall light or deep? Then chroma: do muted or vivid colors suit you better? The three answers point to your season.
Self-typing is hard because lighting and hair dye throw off the read. The fastest reliable route is a draping test — in a studio, or via an AI analysis that drapes your selfie digitally and returns your exact season.
